You may use our server support team on an hourly basis. We include discounted rates for service as part of our managed monthly hosting program. You may elect to enlist our team to manage your servers outside the Gobyt network. Please find the values below:

Internal Server Support: $150/hr (on Gobyt network)

External Server and CDN (content delivery network) Support: $200/hr

Setup assistance of Operating System, Flash Media Server, Wowza Services, Apache, PHP, CDN API and any other server tools required for your solution to be installed in order to operate at optimum efficiency. All external network service is considered "exploratory" due to the 3rd party nature of servers located outside the Gobyt network.

NOTE: One hour minimum all hosting service calls for "external" hosted environments applies.

If you would like we can manage the server on all fronts for servicing your external in keeping the Operating System updated, data files cleaned, Flash Media Services updated and security issues monitored and addressed. We will provide these external services on a server by server basis for a monthly maintenance service fee.

Pricing is MONTHLY pricing PER SERVICE. For example, if you monitored 1 HOST device and 2 PING devices every 5 minutes, your monthly billing amount would be $53.85.
